Because those decide which searches you appear in. If they were editable, every business would sit in every city, and the directory would stop being useful to the people you want to reach. If your city or map pin is genuinely wrong, contact us and we will correct it.

No. You can buy a featured placement, which is clearly marked as one and sits in its own slot, but ordinary ranking is not for sale. Ask us about advertising if that is useful to you.
